• Who is Mafson UK? Mafson UK is operated by Mafson LTD (Company No: 12731462). We are a UK-based retailer specializing in premium safety and finishing products.

• Where are you located? Our warehouse and office are located at 58 Ormonde Crescent, Hexthorpe, Doncaster, DN4 0GP, United Kingdom. All orders are dispatched from this location.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• Where do you ship to? We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom.

• What are your shipping costs? Standard Shipping is £9.90 (Inc. VAT) and Express Shipping is £15.59 (Inc. VAT).

• Can I track my order? Yes. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. We use trusted couriers including UPS, EVRi, DHL, and FedEx.

3. Payments & Taxes

• Do your prices include VAT? Yes. All prices displayed are inclusive of UK VAT. Our VAT number is GB379295832.

• What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay) via our secure processor, Stripe.

4. Returns & Cancellations

• What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window. Items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging.

• Are there any restocking fees? No. We do not charge any restocking fees (£0.00).

• Can I cancel my order? Yes, you can cancel for a full refund as long as the order has not yet been dispatched. For urgent cancellations, please call us at +44 114 360 9100.

5. Issues with Orders

• What if my item arrives damaged? Please inspect your package upon arrival. If it is damaged, contact us at sales@mafson.co.uk within 3 business days with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
