Where do you ship to? We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom.

What are your shipping costs? Standard Shipping is £9.90 (Inc. VAT) and Express Shipping is £15.59 (Inc. VAT).

Can I track my order? Yes. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. We use trusted couriers including UPS, EVRi, DHL, and FedEx.
3. Payments & Taxes

Do your prices include VAT? Yes. All prices displayed are inclusive of UK VAT. Our VAT number is GB379295832.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay) via our secure processor, Stripe.
4. Returns & Cancellations

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window. Items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging.

Are there any restocking fees? No. We do not charge any restocking fees (£0.00).

5. Issues with Orders

What if my item arrives damaged? Please inspect your package upon arrival. If it is damaged, contact us at sales@mafson.co.uk within 3 business days with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
