Order Cancellation Policy

At Mafson UK, we process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. We understand that you may occasionally need to cancel an order. This policy outlines how to do so.

1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before the order has been handed over to our courier partners.

  • Full Refund: This includes the full purchase price and the shipping costs paid at checkout.

  • No Fees: There are no administrative or restocking fees for cancellations made before dispatch.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Because we aim for a 1–2 day handling time, we recommend calling for the fastest response.

3. Order Processing & Cut-off Times

  • Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (GMT), Monday – Friday.

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM are often processed the same day. If your order has already been picked, packed, and loaded onto the courier vehicle, we may be unable to stop the shipment.

4. Cancellation After Dispatch

If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled in transit. However, you are still protected by our 30-day return guarantee.

  • Once you receive the package, please follow the steps in our Return & Refund Policy.

  • You may refuse the delivery if the courier allows it, or accept it and initiate a return through our standard process.

5. Refund Process

  • Approval: Once your cancellation is confirmed, the refund is triggered immediately.

  • Timeline: Refunds are processed within 2 business days.

  • Method: The total amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, etc.). Please note that your bank may take 3–5 additional business days to reflect the credit on your statement.

6. Cancellations by Mafson UK

We reserve the right to cancel an order under specific circumstances, such as:

  • Stock Issues: If an item becomes unavailable, we will notify you and issue a full refund immediately.

  • Security/Fraud: If a transaction is flagged as high-risk by our payment processor and cannot be verified.

  • Pricing Errors: In the rare event of a clear technical error in the listed price.
