1. Cancellation Window

• Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before the order has been handed over to our courier partners.
• After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it can no longer be cancelled. In this case, please follow the procedures in our Return & Refund Policy once the item arrives.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To ensure we stop the shipment in time, please notify us as soon as possible via one of the following methods:

3. Order Processing & Cut-off Times

As we typically process orders within 0–1 business days, the window for cancellation is often short. Orders placed before our 2:00 PM (GMT) cut-off time are often dispatched the same day. We recommend contacting us via phone for the fastest response if you are near the cut-off time.

4. Refund Process for Cancellations

• Total Refund: If your cancellation is successful, we will refund the full purchase price plus the shipping costs paid at the time of purchase.
• Processing Time: Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 2 business days.
• Payment Method: The refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, Stripe, etc.). Please note that your bank may take additional days to show the credit on your statement.

We reserve the right to cancel an order at our discretion. Common reasons for cancellation include:

• Stock Unavailability: In the rare event that an item is out of stock, we will notify you and issue a full refund immediately.
