At Mafson UK, we aim to provide a transparent and fair return process. This policy applies to all products purchased through our website.

1. Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

2. How can customers return products?

Customers can return products by mail.

• To initiate a return, please email us at sales@mafson.co.uk to receive the return instructions and the return address.

3. Accepted Product Condition

We only accept returns for items in New condition.

New: This includes products that are unopened, in original packaging, and have never been used.

4. Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us of your intent to return an item. Once notified, you have an additional 14 days to send the item back to our facility.

5. Restocking Fees

No, we do not charge any restocking fees (£0.00).

6. Return Shipping Costs

• For Defective/Wrong Products: If the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way, there is no cost to the customer. We will cover the shipping costs for the return.
• For Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you purchased the wrong product, it does not fit, or you no longer want the item, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.

To start a return:

• Once approved, package the item securely in its original packaging.

8. Refunds & Exchanges

• Refund Procedure: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 2 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
• Exchanges: Yes, We accept exchanges if you require a different item.

9. Non-Returnable Items

Items that are custom-made, personalized, or specially manufactured are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
