Shipping Methods and Transit & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping

  • Cost: £9.90 (Inc. VAT)
  • Order Handling Time: 0-1 Business days
  • Transit Time: 3-4 Business days
  • Dispatch Time:
    • Orders placed before 2:00 PM Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) on working days are dispatched same day.
    • Orders placed after 2:00 PM Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) are dispatched within 24 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
  • Delivery Time: 3 to 5 Business days
  • Tracking: Provided upon dispatch

Express Shipping

  • Cost: £15.59 (Inc. VAT)
  • Order Handling Time: 0-1 Business days
  • Transit Time: 1-1 Business days
  • Dispatch Time:
    • Orders placed before 2:00 PM Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) on working days are dispatched same day.
    • Orders placed after 2:00 PM Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) are dispatched within 24 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
  • Delivery Time: 1 to 2 Business days
  • Tracking: Provided upon dispatch

Note: We currently only ship within the UK. For locations like Northren Ireland, Soctland and North will be different. Please email us at sales@mafson.co.uk for the Shipping charges.

A tracking link will be provided by email once your order has shipped.

Address Changes

We cannot change your shipping address after the order has been dispatched.
If you need to update or correct your delivery address, contact us at sales@mafson.co.uk within 24 hours of placing your order.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us immediately.
If your order has already left our warehouse, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for further guidance.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please reject the delivery where possible and notify the courier. If the parcel is delivered in your absence or accepted but found damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 3 days of delivery, at sales@mafson.co.uk with your order number and photographs. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
