  • Selling Countries: We currently only sell and ship to the United Kingdom.

  • Express Shipping: £15.59 (Inc. VAT)

  • Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM Greenwich Mean Time (GMT). Orders placed after 2:00 PM will begin processing the following business day.

  • Business Days: Our operations run Monday through Friday. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or Bank Holidays.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We ship to physical addresses within the UK mainland.

  • Excluded Locations: We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Military Bases (APO/FPO).

6. Delivery Terms & Carriers

We partner with the following couriers to ensure safe delivery:

UPS, EVRi, DHL, and FedEx.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link.

7. Change of Address

We cannot change the delivery address once a parcel is in transit. If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us at sales@mafson.co.uk within 24 hours of placing your order.

8. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order free of charge before it has been dispatched. If the order has already been handed to the courier, please follow our Return and Refund Policy once you receive the item.

9. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If you receive a package that is clearly damaged, please reject the delivery if possible. If you accept the package and find the contents are damaged, please contact us at sales@mafson.co.uk within 3 business days with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
