The 4mm Natural Acetal Plastic Sheet is an extruded Polyoxymethylene Copolymer (POM-C) developed for manufacturing accurate, hard-wearing engineering components. This engineering thermoplastic offers excellent dimensional stability due to its low moisture absorption, helping components maintain their dimensions in humid or wet conditions. Its smooth sliding characteristics and low friction also support reliable movement in mechanical assemblies where sticking or irregular motion can affect performance.

Compared with Acetal Homopolymer, Acetal C provides improved resistance to hydrolysis, strong alkalis and thermal-oxidative degradation. The natural grade is food-contact compliant, making it suitable for applications where an appropriate food-contact material is required.
