The Red Polyurethane Rod is a robust alternative to conventional rubber components, offering enhanced durability for mechanical parts exposed to repeated impact, pressure and friction. Its combination of strength and flexibility makes it suitable for manufacturing low-volume components such as bump stops and suspension bushes, where reliable performance and extended service life are important.
Suitable for automotive suspension bushes, bump stops, gaskets, seals, castors, wheels, bearing seals, valve inserts, shock absorbers, noise dampers, escalator and roller-coaster wheels, snow-plough wear strips and fishing-trawler pulleys.

Polyurethane is a thermosetting material and cannot be reshaped by reheating after curing. Continuous exposure to hot water above 70°C is generally not recommended.
