Natural Acetal Plastic Sheet 16mm is an extruded POM-C engineering material developed for manufacturing precision components that demand strength, hardness and reliable performance. Its excellent machinability makes it suitable for CNC operations, allowing easy cutting, drilling, boring and tapping while producing clean chips rather than long strands during machining.

The material offers low moisture absorption, helping prevent unwanted expansion and distortion during storage and operation. This makes it particularly useful for applications requiring close dimensional tolerances, including equipment exposed to damp conditions. Its low-friction surface also supports smooth movement in sliding mechanisms, reducing sticking and resistance between contacting parts.

Acetal Copolymer provides good resistance to hydrolysis, strong alkalis and thermal-oxidative degradation. Compared with Acetal Homopolymer, it also performs better in hot-water environments. The natural grade is food compliant, making it suitable for appropriate food-processing and preparation equipment where applicable standards are met.
