Built for the hardest working jobs, this 25mm burgundy PE500 sheet is made from high molecular weight polyethylene and gives you a thick, stiff board that stands up to constant loads, knocks and scrubbing. Its smooth sliding surface, strong impact strength and lasting abrasion protection keep equipment safe and cut replacement costs. The deep burgundy colour hides marks well and supports colour coded hygiene in food areas. It stays stable from minus 80°C to plus 80°C, so it works in freezers, cold stores and hot production lines. As a PE1000 alternative, this HDPE sheet gives excellent value without losing toughness. The sealed, water resistant surface will not soak up liquids and is simple to wash down. It can be sawed, drilled, routed and machined with standard tools, and it is much lighter than steel, so handling and fitting are quick.
