This 15mm green PE500 sheet is made from high molecular weight polyethylene, a tough and food compliant material that performs well in kitchens, factories and workshops. Its low friction surface, strong impact resistance and lasting wear protection help cut downtime and replacement costs. The fresh green colour is easy to spot and supports colour coded hygiene by keeping different food groups and work zones apart. It works across a wide temperature range from minus 80°C to plus 80°C, so it suits cold rooms and warm production lines alike. As a PE1000 alternative, this HDPE sheet gives excellent value without losing toughness. The smooth, non porous surface resists moisture and washes down easily. It can be sawed, drilled, routed and machined with standard tools, and it is far lighter than steel or timber, so handling and fitting are quick.
