This 20mm yellow PE500 sheet is made from high molecular weight polyethylene, a tough and food compliant material built for demanding kitchens, factories and workshops. Its low friction surface, strong impact resistance and lasting wear protection help cut downtime and replacement costs. The bright yellow colour is easy to spot and supports colour coded hygiene, especially for cooked meat and poultry areas and for marking caution zones. It works across a wide temperature range from minus 80°C to plus 80°C, so it suits freezers, cold rooms and warm production lines alike. As a PE1000 alternative, this HDPE sheet gives excellent value without losing toughness. The thick, rigid board resists moisture, washes down easily and holds its shape under heavy pressure. It can be sawed, drilled, routed and machined with standard tools, and it is far lighter than steel or timber, so handling and fitting are quick.
