Natural Polypropylene Homopolymer Rod 10mm is a lightweight engineering plastic suited to components exposed to chemicals, moisture and demanding working conditions. Its rigid structure and operating temperature range of 0°C to +100°C make it useful for equipment manufacturing and industrial fabrication.

PPH offers strong resistance to acids, including sulphuric acid, making it a practical material for chemical handling installations. It absorbs very little water, can be welded easily and has a naturally non-stick surface that helps prevent materials such as cement and other substances from adhering. Its ability to withstand repeated impacts also makes it suitable for protective fittings and threaded components.

With a specific gravity of approximately 0.91, polypropylene is lighter than water and easy to handle during manufacturing. The natural grade is food compliant, making it suitable for relevant food-processing applications. Please note that this material has an HB flammability rating, meaning it can continue burning after the ignition source is removed.
